Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to oversee our robust vulnerability management program, execute process improvements, and work with our CISO to develop an IT and Enterprise risk management strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vulnerability management program, working with key technical stakeholders to establish and execute an improvement plan.
  • Collaborate with the CISO on IT and Enterprise risk management strategy, leveraging industry accepted frameworks.
  • Own the security awareness/training program, working with stakeholders to review training titles, define schedules, and strengthen our security culture.
  • Support the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program by maintaining DR sites, coordinating testing activities, and resolving issues.
  • Oversee quarterly access reviews and work with the Identity and Access Management team to establish automated reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
  • CISSP, CRISC, or CISA certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security, covering one or more of the defined responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
