Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at DAN VACCA INSURANCE & FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and solicit potential clients to sell insurance products
  • Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries
  • Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed
  • Provide customer service and resolve client complaints
Requirements
  • Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence
  • Provincial or territorial licence
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
