Job Title: Produce Department Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Produce Department Supervisor to join our team at Persia Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our produce department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish work schedules for the produce team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory of produce to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
