Produce Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Produce Department Supervisor to join our team at IGA 16. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving produce, to meet customer demand.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform store decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or produce-related role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
