About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting existing client bases to support the external sales force in selling our products and services.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our presence within assigned accounts.

Your efforts will focus on executing business initiatives for priority products, following up on business opportunities from marketing campaigns, and maintaining product and customer data using our CRM platform.

You will also be responsible for identifying key decision makers, establishing plans to initiate contact, generating incremental business, and qualifying new business opportunities.

In addition, you will maintain strong customer relationships, track prospects throughout the sales process, respond to customer inquiries, build rapport with prospects/customers, and communicate the Labtician value proposition.
