About the Role:

The Senior Analyst, PAM Control, will provide guidance to Canadian and LATAM business lines in the operations and management of Privileged Accounts and access across all information systems in-line with Scotiabank's standard and policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide PAM Advisory services to support desks, infrastructure teams, technology partners, and other Information security teams to maintain a strong security posture of Scotiabank.
  • Support current and desired state analysis of information security controls, especially relating to privileged Access Management on Operating systems, Databases, Network devices, and Applications.
  • Analyse data and reports of access management and provide summary reports.
  • Manage privileged access on various flavors of Operating Systems, such as RedHat Linux, Windows, and various Database, Network devices, etc.

Requirements:

  • Advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English and Spanish.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on technical working experience in information technology or information security fields.
  • 4+ years experience in the administration of Privileged Access Management tools like CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, and/or Secret Server.
  • Technical logical understanding of various *Nix platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in access management on common Database platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic SQL queries, running PowerShell and bash scripts.
  • Privileged access knowledge of GCP, GCVE, and providing critical guidance with various business stakeholders in protecting the Enterprise in the Cloud.
  • Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale projects.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
