Food Service Manager

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely service to our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language proficiency.
