Food Service Manager

At Filoxenia Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing insights for business improvement
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Client-focused and team-oriented approach
