Food Service Manager

Filoxenia Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet operational demands
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform operational decisions
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Establish work schedules to meet operational demands
Filoxenia Inc. is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of organization and time management skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, interacting with customers and staff to ensure exceptional service and quality.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality setting
- Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide physical accessibility accommodations as needed
