About the Role:
  • This position plays a critical role in providing strategic financial insights to business leaders, driving planning and coordination within Asset Management, and improving financial production effectiveness.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing various business units' financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure employee engagement and success.
  • Develop and implement effective financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business objectives.
  • Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, maintaining a strong control environment and minimizing risk.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/analysis, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.
  • University undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related field.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, Excel, Access database query tools, and business-related computer software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
