Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in a strategic asset management role. This position involves maintaining reporting on strategic priorities, project management of strategic initiatives, and supporting strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Competitive Analysis: Produce competitive analyses and ad-hoc research pieces that describe the industry and competitive landscape, emerging trends, and business opportunities.
  • Engagement Leadership: Lead select engagements alongside business and functional executives to support business growth.
  • Strategic Review: Lead the quarterly strategic review processes across global lines of business to achieve strategic objectives, business performance goals, and financial targets.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, or Liberal Arts.
  • Professional Experience: 5-10 years of finance, investment management, consulting, or related experience, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills/project management experience, proven ability to communicate with senior executives, and build/present complex presentations.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
