Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SDM Transport Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
