Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DOMINOS PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, as well as maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that we meet customer demand and maintain a high level of service.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, ensuring that we work effectively as a team.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, ensuring that we communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility, ensuring that we adapt to changing circumstances and meet customer demand.
- Team Player: Work as a team player, ensuring that we work collaboratively to achieve our goals.
