Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wild Wing Ingersoll. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
