Food Service Team Lead

Camino Taco is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their responsibilities.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Staff Development: Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into our operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a food service supervisory role
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
