Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food meets quality control standards and that food safety procedures are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
