Job Title: Front Store Clerk
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Store Clerk to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy. As a Front Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and responding to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, tidying up the aisles, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including handling cash transactions, operating the cash register, and processing returns and exchanges.
- Develop product knowledge and learn about new products, including their features and benefits.
- Participate in the development and preparation of displays, windows, and seasonal promotions.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions.
