Front Store Clerk Job Description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Front Store Clerk to join our team at Scales Drug Store in Swan River, MB. As a Front Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with cash handling, stock rotation, and merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop product knowledge and learn about new products.
  • Participate in the development and preparation of displays, windows, and seasonal promotions.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
