Physician - Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at HealthShare Medical Group. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical exams, and developing treatment plans to address a wide range of health issues.
Key Responsibilities- Medical Exams and Diagnoses: Conduct thorough medical exams to identify diseases and injuries, and develop treatment plans to address patient health concerns.
- Patient Education and Counseling: Educate patients on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Prescription and Administration of Medications: Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary to address patient health concerns.
- Collaboration with Other Healthcare Professionals: Work with other healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and perform other administrative tasks as necessary to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in family medicine or a related field.
- Certifications: College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP), Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC), and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
