About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IT Minds Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support to our clients and internal teams, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless IT operations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and Maintain IT Documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for technical support and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to enhance IT services and support.
  • Participate in On-Call Rotations to provide 24/7 technical support and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in technical support, IT operations, or a related field.
  • Strong Knowledge of IT Systems, including Jira, Intranet, Internet, Desktop Applications, File Management Software, Word Processing Software, Communication Software, MS Office, and MS Windows.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
