Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Checker to join our team at J and K Heating Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Warehouse Checker will be responsible for performing general office duties, advising on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, and maintaining records on the inventory control system.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock movements, and identify discrepancies.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Warehouse Operations: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and store them in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Requisition Orders: Prepare and process requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Environment: Warehouse environment with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Punctuality: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
