Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Maintain records on the inventory control system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, ensuring timely delivery
  • Process incoming requisitions, verifying accuracy and completeness
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, ensuring proper storage and organization
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
