Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team at J and K Heating Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including maintaining accurate records on our inventory control system.
  • Advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, ensuring efficient supply chain management.
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Process incoming requisitions, receiving, unpacking, and sorting parts, supplies, and materials.
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires bending, crouching, and kneeling. The work environment is fast-paced, with repetitive tasks and a focus on meeting deadlines.
