Key Responsibilities

The Employment Relations Coordinator will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, assigning projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.

They will also coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals, evaluate daily operations, plan and control budget and expenditures, and plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
