About the Role

This is a critical position that reports directly to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Tools and collaborates closely with the Security, Corporate Communications, HR, and Marketing teams to enhance the employee experience with Gsuite.

The successful candidate will oversee email routing, delivery, and security, as well as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and other gsuite tools. They will monitor mail flow, troubleshoot issues, and manage email retention policies and compliance rules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a high aptitude for understanding and learning the administrative features of new SaaS tools, and certifications in Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee email routing, delivery, and security
  • Manage Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and other gsuite tools
  • Monitor mail flow and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage email retention policies and compliance rules
  • Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for email authentication and protection
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements and address key challenges
  • Monitor new product releases and seek ways to enhance continuous improvement initiatives
  • Actively participate in resolving high-priority outages, troubleshooting efforts, and capacity/availability planning sessions
  • Implement best practice policies and procedures for onboarding, scaling, security, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
  • Support the acquisition of new tools, from requirements gathering, selection, and testing, to purchase and deployment with rollout planning and integration with existing tools
  • Configure, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain SaaS tools for customer use, and train end-users to ensure effective use of those tools
  • Assist with contract renewals, ensuring timely negotiations and alignment with business needs
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience overseeing the planning, design, development, and implementation of software systems and applications
  • 5+ years experience managing Google Workspace for a global workforce of 10,000+ users
  • 5+ years experience working with Okta - Engineering secure access and efficient workflows for 100+ SaaS tools
  • Extensive experience administering Slack Enterprise or other corporate communications tools
  • Experience with continuous engineering or other agile methods to keep pace with frequent changes and reduce complexity
  • Certifications in Google Workspace
