As a Partner Development Manager - Recruit (PDM-R), you'll be part of a dynamic team that's transforming the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

As a PDM-R, you'll be responsible for recruiting and managing partners for our Cloud Platforms across the United States. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging key decision-makers to sell Microsoft products and services.
  • Aligning Microsoft's value proposition with the partner's business goals to drive growth.
  • Developing trusted-advisor relationships with partners to establish strategic alignment.
  • Creating and executing Strategic Partner Plans to secure commitment and promote cloud consumption.
  • Providing guidance on launching applications and services, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic plans.
