Construction Project Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Director to lead our construction projects with a budget of $100,001 to $500,000. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to allocate resources effectively and coordinate teams to implement policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to ensure project success.
  • Authorize senior staff positions and coordinate regional work to meet project objectives.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning to support project goals.
  • Set organizational objectives and approve policies and programs to align with company vision.
  • Represent Khalsa Forming Inc. in negotiations or other official functions to promote business interests.
  • Select executive staff and delegate authority to ensure effective decision-making.

Work Environment:
