The Retail Summer Field Sales Representative role at Molson Coors Beverage Company offers a unique opportunity to engage in real-world problem-solving and immerse yourself in social and educational opportunities within the fast-paced beverage industry.

Job Description
  • Sales Team Training: Develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, consumer behavior, and analytics.
  • Merchandising: Set up signage, merchandise, and promotional materials at accounts and events.
  • Sampling: Execute consumer samplings of existing brands and innovations at events or in a retail setting.
  • Reporting: Understand and identify business performance, distribution, and volume opportunities within on-premises customers.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with consumers, customers, and members within your community.
  • Industry Insights: Communicate findings regarding industry trends and potential business opportunities to the Sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You are a third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degree.
  • You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travel.
  • You have a valid driver's license with no limitations/restrictions.
  • You have (or can get) your Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent).
  • You are a resident of (or familiar with) assigned territory.
  • You have an innate ability to build empathy with consumers, in particular millennials and diverse consumers.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.
