Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers. Your expertise will drive our culinary innovation and maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and mentor a dynamic team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that showcase our unique blend of traditional Indian flavors and modern twists.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all food preparation, presentation, and plating to ensure dishes meet our high standards of quality and visual appeal.
  • Sourcing and Inventory: Source fresh ingredients from local suppliers and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is not necessary but it's expected.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or a similar senior culinary role.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and mentoring skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and adaptability, knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
