Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at OMNICONSTRUCT ADVISORS INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our goods production, utilities, and construction departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic goals
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating authority as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in goods production, utilities, or construction
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
