Job Title: Sales and Distribution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at BC Building Products Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for new product lines to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead a sales team in building strong relationships with business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and managing sales operations.
  • Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
