The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Insurance Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on auto insurance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, accurate, and courteous advice to clients on auto insurance matters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
  • Motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
