The Co-operators is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our agency operations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prospect and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand their coverage and meet their evolving needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for insurance coverage, ensuring clients have the right protection in place.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
- General Insurance License required, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- 1-2 years of sales and service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a focus on personal lines insurance (auto and home).
