About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Sharing Smiles Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures.
- Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked clinic.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Take and develop X-rays to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Invoice patients for dental services and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dental setting.
- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
