About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Land Agent/Project Manager to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will be responsible for acquiring surface rights and managing projects from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire surface rights and negotiate agreements with landowners and stakeholders
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients, landowners, regulatory officials, and management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in surface land acquisition and project management

Requirements:

  • Valid Land Agent and Driver's Licenses
  • Active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in surface land acquisition and project management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
