About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Land Agent/Project Manager to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will be responsible for acquiring surface land and managing projects from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire surface land through negotiation and agreement with landowners and regulatory officials.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, landowners, regulatory officials, and management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, regulatory officials, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Valid Land Agent and Driver's Licenses.
  • Active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in surface land acquisition and project management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
