About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Land Agent/Project Manager to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will be responsible for acquiring surface land and managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire surface land through negotiation and agreement with landowners and other stakeholders.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, landowners, regulatory officials, government agencies, and management to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management skills.

Requirements:

  • Valid Land Agent and Driver's Licenses.
  • Active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in surface land acquisition and project management, preferably in industries such as infrastructure, renewables, water, and telecom.
