Job Title: VP, Client Service

Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly experienced and skilled VP, Client Service to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and external partners
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to achieve peak performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
  • Manage and analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales leadership and wealth management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of the wealth management industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth
