Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at VP Protection Inc. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 security personnel
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Training and Development
    • Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
    • Ensure effective communication with other departments and stakeholders
  • Client Focus
    • Provide exceptional client service and support
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a security or related field

Working Conditions
