Job Summary

The Farm Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock, and maintaining the highest standards of farm safety and bio-security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee farm operations, including crop production, livestock management, and farm maintenance.
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times, and implement measures to prevent accidents and diseases.
  • Monitor and maintain livestock performance records, including health, growth, and productivity.
  • Supervise and train farm staff on farm operations, safety procedures, and bio-security protocols.
  • Develop and implement farm improvement plans to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm operations, livestock management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of farm safety and bio-security procedures, as well as agricultural practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and train staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
