Farm Workers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Workers Supervisor to join our team at Johmay Farms Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the efficient and safe production of crops and livestock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor and maintain farm equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Develop and implement farm safety and bio-security procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of farm operations, including crop yields, livestock health, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating teams.
  • Strong knowledge of farm safety and bio-security procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
