About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Johmay Farms Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock, and maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and farm safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of livestock, including administering medication and performing routine checks.
  • Develop and implement farm safety and bio-security procedures to minimize the risk of disease and injury.
  • Manage and maintain farm equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are in good working order and that maintenance schedules are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that farm operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the farm to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a farm supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of animal husbandry and farm safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and perform manual tasks as required.
