Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Attendant to join our team at the Town and Country Centre. As a Facility Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining event spaces, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and take down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event organizers and attendees
  • Monitor facility areas and activities to ensure a safe environment
  • Perform light maintenance and custodial duties to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including loading and unloading equipment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Intermediate First Aid, CPR-C & AED certifications required
  • Custodial experience an asset
  • Ability to set up rooms according to plan
  • Experience in event room setup or similar experience an asset
  • Previous customer service experience considered an asset
  • WHMIS, safe lifting training, and time management training considered assets
  • Experience with Recreation Management and Scheduling software an asset
