Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in Personal Lines to join our team in North Bay, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will provide legendary service directly to clients, communicate with them to answer their questions and provide professional advice, and process policy additions, deletions, and changes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and providing professional advice and recommendations.
  • Communicate with clients in person, by phone, email, or text to answer their questions and provide information.
  • Process policy additions, deletions, and changes on the EPIC broker management system.
  • Ensure all transactions and renewals are accurate and processed on a timely basis.
  • Provide daily support to the front desk reception during lunch breaks.
  • Provide quotations or estimates to clients on premiums, update information, and confirm data and coverage.
  • Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, McDougall Insurance, and the insurance company, balancing their interests.
  • Function as part of a team responsible for assisting in the collection of accounts receivable and other areas as required.
  • Procure sales by upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
