Telecoms Software Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead to join our team at MBR Partners, focused on driving growth and expansion in the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your existing operator contacts, networks, and events to build a strong pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OSS and BSS applications used in support of Telecommunications Operators' businesses, as well as competence with standard MS Office applications and project management techniques.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Attend trade shows and events to establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Lead development and solution selling efforts, participating in or leading functional presentations and workshops.
  4. Contribute to bid preparation and commercial awareness.
  5. Manage pipelines and report on sales progress.
  6. Collaborate with the Presales team to deliver software demonstrations.

About the Role:

This is a high-growth opportunity that requires innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to influence others. The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with OSS and/or BSS applications used in the telecommunications industry.
  • Competence with MS Office applications and project management techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
