About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Solutions Manager to join our team at Stantec Consulting International Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading Business Intelligence development teams and be proficient in Oracle Business Intelligence tools and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical project oversight of development initiatives and operations related to Enterprise Dashboard & Reporting solutions.
- Work closely with application managers and technical leads to ensure team processes and deliverables align with best practices and the BI application architecture.
- Manage the delivery of solutions according to Stantec's SDLC and change management processes.
- Own the design and code development standards and practices, ensuring adoption across teams (development and support).
- Resolve obstacles for team members and provide guidance, coaching, feedback, and support.
Requirements:
- Creative problem solver with strong communication skills and good business acumen.
- Experience leading a Business Intelligence development team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to coach, guide, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Experience in software versioning and revision control systems (GIT, STAT, Bitbucket) and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
