As a Lead Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales and promoting our iconic Tommy Hilfiger brand. You will be responsible for executing the TH Customer Service Standards, managing cash responsibilities, and performing operational activities as assigned by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to company standard, ensuring a positive store experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is filled to appropriate levels and the store is impeccably maintained.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures and demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively, communicating with customers and staff in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, demonstrating a professional image and conduct.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures, observing sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advising management of any unusual activity.
  • Execute Opening and Closing checklist duties, ensuring the store is always ready for business.
  • Operate all register transactions, including refunds, exchanges, and sales, and reconcile media as requested.

Merchandising & Visual Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor, complying with visual presentation standards.
  • Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed, maintaining store organization and fixtures.

Personal Qualities:

  • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management, and communicate concerns to management.
  • Assist in developing Sales Associates and maintain respect of peer group, staff, and supervisor.
