About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Armani Outlet in Toronto Premium Outlets. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of sales associates and driving sales growth through excellent client experiences and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to align store operations and achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • College or post-secondary degree preferred
