* Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
* Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

* 6 months of leadership and supervisory experience in a retail environment
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High school graduate or equivalent
