Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
